Throughout the United States there have been uses of deadly force.  Because of past events the Austin Police Department is being pro-active by partnering with ACC East View Campus, to provide four days of practical and thought provoking training for ALL persons within the community.

If someone stopped breathing or showed signs of having a heart attack, most people know how to help. They'd administer CPR or call 911. But many of us don't know how to help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue.
