Peter tells the story of the APD Office of Community Liaison by way of social media tools, such as Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. He also maintains the OCL's two websites - www.oclcorp.org and www.bluesanta.org. In addition, Peter's knowledge and adept use of a variety of hardware systems and software programs allow him to provide guidance to the OCL and its stakeholders in this area. Lastly, Peter also reads, writes and speaks Spanish and, as such, he is often called upon to serve as a conduit between Spanish and non-Spanish speakers who come into contact with the OCL.
