The Austin Police Community Liaison Corporation (OCLCorp) is the fiduciary agent for the Austin Police Department's Office of Community Liaison (OCL). It is comprised of a board of directors who are responsible for overseeing the requisition and allocation of all donations.
These programs are designed to enhance & support the Austin Police Department’s mission by assisting with building bridges between the community and Austin Police in addition to providing educational and usable information to the citizens of Austin. The Programs the Office of Community Liaison have successfully highlighted and supported both short & long-term programs and events for the benefit of all persons in the community.

- Promote positive relations between the Police Department and the diverse Austin communities
- Establish and maintain lines of communication between various ethnic groups, emphasizing the effectiveness of working together in reaching common goals and objectives
- Promote the civic, social, and educational development of its members
- Facilitate discussion groups, forums, panels, lectures, or other similar programs for the benefits of its members
- To Combat community deterioration and juvenile delinquency, and promote the value of all citizens in our society
